Sublative Radiofrequency Microneedling
The latest in micro skin resurfacing, Dr. Treece loves the results from Sublative Radiofrequency Microneedling. SUBLATIVE delivers Bipolar Radiofrequency via an array of multi-electrode pens. The deep dermis is heated with minimal injury to the epidermis. This means the Radiofrequency Microneedling leaves the surface relatively intact while the microneedling works its magic below the surface. In the deep dermis, fibroblast stimulation and extra-cellular matrix remodeling takes place to beautifully resurface the skin without major downtime.
You will experience moderate erythema and edema that usually resolves in 12-24 hours and you will begin to notice you skin has a sandpaper feel. You look rather like you have a tan while these minute crusts exfoliate over the next few days, but you will not peel. Immediate transient improvement is experienced after each treatment with maximal improvement seen 2-4 months afterwards. The degree of improvement and the number of treatments needed will vary due to the severity of your skin’s condition and your treatment level. We will discuss all this with you to decide if Sublative is right for you. We offer Sublative in single treatment options and in packages. Although is is usually used on the face and neck, it also works on the body.
elōs Sublime
BETTER KNOWN AS THE “RED CARPET FACELIFT”….
Because this procedure offers lifting and tightening after the very first procedure, it’s perfect right before any event. I’ts essentially painless, non-invasive and there is no down time. It tones and helps to tighten saggy skin on the face and under the chin in about an hour, making it faster and easier than more invasive procedures. It can also be used to tighten the abdomen, arms and legs.
How does it work? This FDA approved technology from Candela is simply revolutionary. It employs both Infra-Red and BIpolar Radio-Frequency to heat the deep dermis for an immediate contraction of collagen, this allowing for firming and tightening, with improvement of fine lines and facial contours. Even better- the heat also stimulates new collagen production which continues for up to 3 months.
Who can have Sublime? Anyone wanting a quick, non-invasive improvement. It is safe for all skin types. It cannot be done over tattoos or permanent permanent makeup. If yo have a pacemaker or defibrillator, you are not a candidate and if you are currently on steroids or have been on steroid in the last 6 months, you results will not be optimal. Sublime NEEDS the inflammation process to achieve its results.
Although results can be seen with just one treatment, three to five treatments are recommended. At your consultation we will discuss Sublime in depth to decide if its the right treatment for you. Fortunately we have many options for every lifestyles.
Facials
HYDRAFACIAL MD:
- Skin Analysis Camera will allow us to see sun damage, age spots, broken vessels and wrinkles that are not YET visible to the naked eye. This allows us to concentrate the treatment on these areas and apply the correct skincare products
- Vortex Bubble Cleansing removes the outer dead layer of skin cells.
- Vortex Extractions– finally! These extractions are painless but still remove blackheads and impurities.
- Application of the appropriate Mask or Mini-peel according to your skin’s issues. Don’t worry, you won’t actually “shed” skin
- Micro-current to drive the mask into the deep layers of the skin and tighten the muscles around the eyes, face and neck.
- RF and Red Light to stimulate fibroblasts and collagen production while calming inflammation.

hydrating facial followed by a very light microneedling. We then use a special gold microneedle instrument to deposit tiny amounts of botulinum toxin throughout the face. The tox will melt fine lines and smooth the skin. You will leave a little pink, but the pink fades in several hours while the tox will last up to three months.

Trinity
Trinity, or the Holy Trinity, as we like to call it, is our trio of skin treatments to get amazing results from one sitting. First we perform the IPL Photofacial to get rid of brown pigment from sunspots. This is followed by Elos Sublime to gently tighten the neck and lower face with Infra-Red and Bipolar Radiofrequency. Finally, Radiofrequency Microneedling with the Sublative Laser finishes up the trio. IPL, Elos SUblime and Sublative Radiofrequency iMicroneedling resolve 3 skin issues: brown pigment, skin laxity and skin texture. All are treated in this comprehensive Trio and the skin tightening, skin texture and laxity continue to improve over the next three months. Like most Medical Spa treatments, even better results are seen with repeated treatments and for this reason we offer packages of the Trinity.

Microdermabrasion

Laser Genesis
We use a laser specifically designed to treat the redness, ruddiness, rosacea, tiny broken vessels, poikiloderma and “flushed” appearance of the face. You may also have brown pigmentation which requires a different laser, but you have to start somewhere. More than one treatment may be required. Rosacea is not curable and tends to reoccur, so once we have it treated, you will likely need touch ups. Other causes of RED may be better addressed with radio-frequency (RF) Lamprobe or our vascular laser. The goal is to find out WHY you have RED, treat it with the appropriate medical intervention, and then devise a plan to keep it at bay.
Micro-Needling
WHAT IS MICRO-NEEDLING?
Micro-Needling is also a procedure for skin rejuvenation that can be done on the face or body. Basically, up to 32 micro-blades, the size of needles, make microscopic punctures in the skin and the instrument glides over the skin in multiple passes. 100% pure Hyaluronic Acid is used as a gliding agent and fills the punctures as the procedure is done, nourishing the skin as an added bonus. The desired result is skin rejuvenation through collagen induction. A series of treatments is recommended, and the collagen production will continue for 6 months after the procedure. Not everyone is an appropriate candidate for Micro-Needling. This procedure is great for acne scars some types of stretch marks.
Micro-Needling, regardless of the name of the instrument used, breaks the skin and should only be done in the physician’s office with sterile protocol. By definition, micro-needling rejuvenates via “collagen induction”. Collagen induction requires that the needles penetrate to the depth of the DEEP dermis, thereby stimulating fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin. Needles that penetrate this deep also cause bleeding. Patients usually don’t realize this, as the bleeding has stopped and they are all cleaned up before they leave.

We have so many peels that it’s impossible to describe them all here. Why so many? So many skin conditions! ALL peels work via the basic process: increased skin cell turnover. They all work on the surface and do not go deep enough into the dermis to stimulate the important collage and elastin producing cells that live down deep in the dermis. For the BEST anti-aging results, peels work in concert with our other interventions that are designed to reach the deep dermis. The wrong peel may actually worsen your condition! Emsculpt NEO
Dr. Treece is thrilled to be the first cosmetic surgery and medical spa office in New Orleans and Metairie to offer Emsculpt Neo.
